The ski resort was a fun place for our kids to enjoy sledding, even though the snow quality wasn't top-notch. The staff could have been more present to assist beginners, and the shoe situation for sledding was a hassle. Still, it was a great half-day adventure for the family, especially given how close we were to the slopes.

The resort is a fun place for families, especially kids who love snow activities like sledding. The staff provided free sled rentals, which made our half-day visit enjoyable. However, the quality of the snow could be improved, and the area could use more staff support for beginners. Overall, it's a wonderful experience, but some updates to the facilities would make it even better.

This resort offers a fun skiing experience for families, especially for kids who loved sledding in the snow. The surrounding mountains and scenic landscapes are beautiful, but the hotel itself is in need of some updates. The service was helpful, but there were a few issues with the room that detracted from the overall stay.

Rooms

The room could use some renovation; the flooring was old and curled at the edges, and there was no shower curtain which made for a messy shower experience.

Our stay offered a beautiful landscape with stunning mountain views, and the hotel provided easy access to snow sledding, which kids loved. However, the interior of the hotel really needs some updating, and there were a few issues with the room amenities that made our stay less comfortable.

Rooms

The room was outdated, with an old lanolium floor that curled up and a tub without a shower curtain, so water went everywhere during showers.

We had a memorable family day at the ski resort, where the kids loved snow sledding on the mix of natural and artificial snow. The front desk staff were helpful, and the surrounding landscape was beautiful. However, the inside of the hotel feels outdated, and some amenities could be improved, like the AC and bathroom facilities. Overall, it's a solid place for families, but some renovations would enhance the experience.
